Consistency

By maintaining consistency in your exercise plan, you help push or energize the visualization element due to positive visual results.  This will then energize or push the motivation element, continuing the cycle.

In order for a fitness program to succeed you must continue to exercise several times a week for the rest of your life, if possible.  Do not stop exercising; a break of 2 or 3 weeks may be okay, any longer will stop the rotation of the elements.

Being consistent in your particular exercises and routine will also need to be maintained in order to keep this element energized.
